Our non-prorated transferable workmanship warranty is based upon the manufactures shingle warranty.

20, 30 or even 40 years, then our workmanship will definetly last that long. Guaranteed!
We also provide a 5 Year Protection Plan
Our 5 year protection plan is designed to protect our customers in the critical first years of their new roof. Once a year, you the customer, will contact us when you deem necessary, and we will come to your home and inspect your shingles to verify they are performing the way they should be and check for any manufactures defects.
In addition to the inspection, we also provide a quality cleansing, then supply a maintenance plan for the home-owner to follow so they may receive the full life of their new roof.
